Over fifty years ago, the Overlake Alumnae Panhellenic began as an organization of sorority alumnae that came together to find ways to help build and strengthen sisterhood at the collegiate level. Through their efforts, they established a scholarship program to aid young women in their academic endeavors..

Today, the group consists of representatives from 18 of the 26 National Panhellenic Conference groups. The goal of the Overlake Alumnae Panhellenic is to continue to promote service, scholarship, and sisterhood from our area here in Western Washington. In May 2011, the organization awarded 12 scholarships that totalled $3600 to graduating seniors that were entering a four-year college or university in the Fall.
